Email [email protected] with your name and contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the material at issue, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complete notice and may forward the notice to the affected party. Knowingly false claims may create liability.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake, contact the same address with the removed URL, your identification and contact details, the required good-faith and jurisdiction statements, and your signature. Obtain legal advice if you are unsure.
