ShareAlike follows adaptations

When you publicly share an adaptation of CC BY-SA material, your contributions to the adaptation must use CC BY-SA 4.0 or an officially compatible license. The original material remains under its original license.

Collections are different from adaptations

Placing an unchanged CC BY-SA work beside independent works in a collection does not necessarily place the whole collection under CC BY-SA. Attribute the licensed item and avoid representing the collection as one remixed work when it is not.

Document every source

Record the creator, title, source, license version, and modifications for each input. Compatibility becomes harder when a remix combines material carrying conflicting license conditions.
